\Job Description
\The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing patients for X-Ray examinations, ensuring safety during procedures, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver quality care. Key responsibilities include:
\- Maintaining behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements. \
- Preparing exam and treatment rooms for patient intake. \
- Nursing duties including measuring and recording patients' vital signs, drawing blood, giving injections, and performing clinical tasks. \
- Observing patients, charting, reporting changes in patients' conditions, and taking necessary action. \
- Operating or overseeing operation of X-Ray equipment to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes. \
- Explaining procedures and observing patients to ensure safety and comfort during X-Ray Scans. \
- Ensuring imaging equipment is in proper operating condition. \
- Preparing and maintaining supplies and equipment for treatment. \
- Assisting patients utilizing a Virtual Medicine Provider. \
- Accurately completing patient charts in a timely manner and forwarding charts as appropriate on a daily basis. \
- Maintaining friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintaining a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, co-workers, and managers. \
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
\To be considered for this role, you must have at least 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic setting, preferably Urgent Care. Indiana Residents Only: In Indiana, Limited Scope License requires a State License and proof of ARRT License.
