Job Summary
">X-Ray Technologist at Fast Pace Health: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced X-Ray Technologist to join our team.
This role involves operating X-Ray equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort, maintaining compliance with health regulations, and supporting clinical tasks.
You will be responsible for preparing exam rooms, nursing duties, observing patients, charting changes in patients' conditions, and taking necessary actions.
As an X-Ray Technologist, you will contribute to our mission to provide exceptional patient care and support in various clinical tasks.
">Duties and Responsibilities
">Nursing Duties and Clinical Tasks
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
- Nursing duties including measuring and recording patients' vital signs, draw blood, give injections, and perform clinical tasks.
- Observe patients, charting, reporting changes in patients' conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment, and taking any necessary action.
- Operating or overseeing operation of X-Ray equipment to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
- Explaining procedures and observing patients to ensure safety and comfort during X-Ray Scans.
- Ensuring imaging equipment is proper operating condition.
- Preparing and maintaining supplies and equipment for treatment.
- Assisting patients utilizing a Virtual Medicine Provider.
- Ensuring accurate completion of patient charts in a timely matter and forwarding charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
Requirements and Qualifications
">- At least 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist preferably in clinic setting, preferably Urgent Care.
- Indiana Residents Only: In Indiana, Limited Scope License requires a State License and proof of ARRT License.
