Responsibilities : As a Family Healthcare Nurse Practitioner, you will :
- Lead clinic staff, including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists, in delivering outstanding patient care while fostering a compliant and supportive team culture.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of patient charts, promoting credibility and confidence among employees.
- Implement clinical protocols as defined by the Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physicians.
- Remain compliant with Federal and State regulations, having a solid understanding of health information management issues, including HIPAA.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications responsibly and educate patients about ongoing care for both acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform therapeutic procedures such as I&D, splinting, suturing, infection management, and wound care.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to establish accurate diagnoses.
- Maintain a positive atmosphere by cultivating respectful and friendly relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Consult with patients via virtual communication channels and demonstrate proven experience as a Telehealth Clinician.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
