Responsibilities :
- Lead clinic staff, including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists, in delivering exceptional patient care while providing guidance to ensure professional services and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of patient charts, maintaining professionalism and clear communication with all staff.
- Implement clinical protocols as established by the Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physicians.
- Stay compliant with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA requirements.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on ongoing treatment and care for various health conditions.
- Perform therapeutic procedures, including I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infections, and wound care.
- Analyze and interpret patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to establish appropriate diagnoses.
- Communicate effectively with patients through virtual channels and foster a friendly working atmosphere.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
