**Job Summary:**
The Family Nurse Practitioner at Fast Pace Health provides patient-centered care in a fast-paced and autonomous environment. You will lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, implement clinical protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians, and maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide guidance and leadership to clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
- Implement clinical protocols and maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as necessary.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Master's Degree in Nursing and a Family Nurse Practitioner License.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
