We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Fast Pace Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading clinic staff, ensuring accurate completion of patient charts, implementing clinical protocols, and maintaining compliance with Federal and State regulations.
- Provide guidance and leadership to clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians.
- Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, including working knowledge of all health information management issues such as HIPAA.
Requirements and Preferences
The ideal candidate will possess at least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice. They will also have a Master's Degree in Nursing and proven experience working as a Telehealth Clinician.
