Job Description
Fast Pace Health is seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist to operate advanced medical imaging equipment and ensure patient safety and comfort during scans. This role involves preparing exam and treatment rooms, performing nursing duties, and maintaining imaging equipment.
Responsibilities
- Exam Preparation: Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are readily available.
- Nursing Duties: Perform nursing duties including measuring and recording patients' vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and performing clinical tasks as needed.
- X-Ray Equipment Operation: Operate or oversee the operation of X-Ray equipment to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
- Maintenance: Ensure imaging equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Supply Management: Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatment.
- Virtual Medicine Support: Assist patients utilizing a Virtual Medicine Provider.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic setting and preferably in Urgent Care.
- Licenses: Full Scope X-Ray Technologist State License.
