Responsibilities
- Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude, ensuring excellent patient care and satisfaction.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians, maintaining compliance with Federal and State regulations.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Perform therapeutic procedures, including I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to consult with patients through virtual communication channels and work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
