About This Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of autonomy, clinical expertise, and effective communication skills. You will be responsible for leading clinic staff, implementing clinical protocols, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our supervising physicians and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and policies. In addition, you will be expected to participate in community events and outreach programs, further enhancing your professional growth and development.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, provide guidance as necessary, and ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians, maintain accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner, and forward charts as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including working knowledge of all health information management issues such as HIPAA.
- Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Maintain behavior that is compliant with Company standards of operations and core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
