Job Description
- Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, ensuring quality professional services, and maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
- Provide guidance, implement clinical protocols, and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform therapeutic procedures, analyze patient data, and ensure accurate completion of patient charts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
