Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive medical services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and education on ongoing care and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Leadership: Lead and motivate clinic staff, providing guidance and support to ensure quality professional services and exceptional patient satisfaction.
- Clinical Protocols: Implement and maintain clinical protocols as outlined by our CMO and supervising physicians, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of health information management issues, including HIPAA, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
