Responsibilities :
- Lead clinic staff in promoting excellent patient care and services while guiding each team member to achieve professional satisfaction.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of patient documentation, building trust and rapport with all colleagues.
- Implement clinical protocols based on guidelines from CMO and Supervising Physicians.
- Adhere to all Federal and State regulations, maintaining compliance with health information management issues such as HIPAA.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests; responsibly prescribe medications; and educate patients on the management of their conditions.
- Perform therapeutic procedures including emergency care, wound care, and managing infections.
- Analyze patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to accurately diagnose conditions.

- Maintain positive relationships with patients and colleagues, promoting a harmonious work environment.
- Engage with patients through virtual communication channels and possess experience as a Telehealth Clinician.
