About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Fast Pace Health. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings, managing patient histories, developing accurate diagnoses, and adhering to clinical protocols and regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude to deliver excellent patient care, providing guidance as necessary to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
- Clinical Protocols: Implement clinical and Telehealth protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians, analyzing and interpreting patients' histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Community Outreach: Participate in community outreach activities, promoting a positive work atmosphere and maintaining friendly, cordial relations with clients and employees.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred.
- Active License and DEA must be verifiable with the proper regulatory agency; DEA required for all providers; however, where limited by years of practice under state law, DEA will be required within 120 days of provider meeting the minimum years of practice under state law for obtaining DEA.
- DOT certification is required to be obtained by FT and PT Providers within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment.
