This critical role requires an individual who can lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding staff behavior and attitude, implementing clinical protocols, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
They will also be responsible for accurately completing patient charts, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications as needed.
In addition, they will perform therapeutic procedures such as I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care.
They will also analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
