Job Overview
Fast Pace Health is seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading clinic staff in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.
You will conduct clinical evaluations, prescribe medications, and implement treatment protocols while adhering to health regulations. Additionally, you will participate in community outreach programs to enhance healthcare access in rural areas.
Responsibilities:
- Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude to deliver excellent patient care.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forwarding charts as appropriate.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians.
- Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements.
- Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests and prescribe medications responsibly.
- Perform therapeutic procedures, including but not limited to I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
