**Key Responsibilities**
As a lead clinician, you will set an example for our staff in delivering exceptional patient care. This involves guiding and supporting X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists in their daily tasks, ensuring quality professional services, and promoting patient satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, including working knowledge of health information management issues such as HIPAA.
Other key responsibilities include ordering, performing, or interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, educating patients on continued treatment and care, and performing therapeutic procedures such as I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care.
**Requirements**
We are seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner with proven experience working as a Telehealth Clinician. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, or Family Medical Practice, is strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in Nursing and hold a Family Nurse Practitioner License. They must be able to adhere to our company's Core Values, including teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
