**Job Description**
The Family Nurse Practitioner at Fast Pace Health plays a vital role in delivering quality healthcare in rural communities. This position entails leading clinic staff, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and utilizing clinical expertise to treat a diverse patient population.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude to deliver excellent patient care
- Maintain behavior compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements
- Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, and responsibly prescribe medications
- Perform therapeutic procedures, including I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care
**Qualifications**
- Family Nurse Practitioner License
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
- Proven experience working as a Telehealth Clinician
