At Fast Pace Health, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Telehealth Clinical Lead to join our team. In this critical role, you will lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care.
Your responsibilities will span from guiding staff behavior and attitude to implementing clinical protocols and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
- Chart Management: Accurately complete patient charts in a timely manner and forward them as necessary on a daily basis.
- Clinical Protocol Implementation: Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including working knowledge of health information management issues such as HIPAA.
- Diagnostics and Prescribing: Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, and responsibly prescribe medications while educating patients on continued treatment and care for acute and chronic conditions.
- Therapeutic Procedures: Perform procedures such as I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care.
- Patient Analysis: Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
