Job Description
The successful candidate will lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, implement clinical protocols, and maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to clinic staff to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
Requirements
- A Master's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience as a provider in a relevant practice.
- A valid Family Nurse Practitioner License or Physicians Assistant License.
- Experience working efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
