We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated X-Ray Technologist to join our team. As an X-Ray Technologist at Fast Pace Health, you will be responsible for producing high-quality radiographic images while providing excellent patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality radiographic images using X-ray equipment
- Assist patients with positioning and comfort during exams
- Monitor and track X-ray orders to ensure timely completion and submission
- Review exam images for initial read by provider
- Send final images to Radiology group for over-read
- Ensure accurate labeling of laterality on all images
- Conduct minor maintenance on X-ray equipment and report any issues to Imaging Director
Requirements:
- Current ARRT License (Registered Technologist)
- State License (Registered Technologists' and Limited Scope)
- TB and IV Certification required within 60 days of employment and maintained during employment if applicable
Experience and Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 year of experience as certified RT(R) or limited scope x-ray tech preferred
- Certified RTR with 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care as RTR
