About the Role
We are seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist to join our team at Fast Pace Health. As an X-Ray Technologist, you will play a critical role in producing diagnostic images using X-Ray equipment while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
You will prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake, perform nursing duties, including measuring and recording patients' vital signs, draw blood, give injections, and perform clinical tasks. Additionally, you will observe patients, charting, reporting changes in patients' conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment, and take any necessary action.
You will also operate or oversee the operation of X-Ray equipment to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes, explain procedures, and observe patients to ensure safety and comfort during X-Ray Scans. Furthermore, you will maintain imaging equipment in proper operating condition, prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatment, and assist patients utilizing a Virtual Medicine Provider.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic setting, preferably Urgent Care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Commitment to teamwork, quality care, and community service.
