Responsibilities of the Role
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including HIPAA. Demonstrate a working knowledge of health information management issues.
- Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Perform nursing duties, including measuring and recording patients' vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and conducting clinical tasks.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to:
- Observe patients, charting, reporting changes in patients' conditions, and taking necessary action.
- Operate or oversee the operation of X-Ray equipment to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
- Explain procedures and observe patients to ensure safety and comfort during X-Ray scans.
