Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
* Maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to assist customers effectively
* Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels to ensure product availability
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including restrooms and common areas
* Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
* Supervise and train new staff members as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment
* Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding store operations.
Skills
* Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions accurately
* Strong phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone
* Ability to manage stock levels and assist with inventory management
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Bilingual proficiency is a plus
* Ability to work in a team environment and multitask effectively
* Experience in supervising or training staff is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
