Duties

• Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
• Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining a positive shopping environment.
• Conduct regular employee training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve customer service skills.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations for staff members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local regulations.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized store layout that promotes product visibility and accessibility.

Experience

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is essential.
• Strong sales background with demonstrated success in achieving targets.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in math for handling cash register operations and financial reporting.
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop team members effectively.
• Familiarity with market trends and customer preferences in the retail industry is preferred.
• Strong administrative skills including proficiency in inventory management systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
