Our client, a hospital in Anderson, SC is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter for a perm position. Work is 100% ONSITE. Healthcare Recruiting experience is highly preferred!

The Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter is responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment of healthcare professionals within a hospital setting. Duties include recruit talent/ source/ screen applications, represent at job fairs/ career events, respond to inquiries about employment opportunities, assist in retention programs, workforce development and develop/ implement the recruitment marketing plan. The Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter will have knowledge of health care recruitment systems and the ability to interact, relate to, work with and support activities of a diverse workforce.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Qualifications:
- HSD/GED.
- Two (2) years recruitment or general HR experience.
- Exposure to HR processes, such as behavioral interviewing, candidate evaluation and knowledge of current labor laws.
- Communicate effectively through writing and oral presentation.
- Relate positively to people and work in cooperation with others effectively to coordinate activities in order to accomplish tasks.
- Must be able to prioritize and complete a high volume of work, manage multiple projects and coordinate requests to successful completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree.
- PHR or SHRM certification.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
