MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: The Perfect Candidate Will:

MENTAL CAPABILITIES: The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Master the Point of Sale system, efficiently ringing up sales and ensuring accurate payment processing—customers will appreciate your skills!
- Accurately handle daily paperwork and manage various retail transactions like lottery, money orders, and money transfers with ease.
PHYSICAL ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Embrace a variety of temperatures in the walk-in cooler, freezer, and outdoors—layers are your friend!
- Stand, stoop, and walk throughout your shift, bending and twisting as needed.
- Keep our space clean and inviting by managing interior and exterior areas (think trash, spills, and bathrooms).
- Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with your hands all day—stay active!
- Occasionally climb ladders to store or retrieve materials or hang eye-catching signage.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds from the ground to waist level now and then.
- Regularly lift and carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead (hello, stock shelves!).
- Push and pull with a force of up to 20 pounds (think mopping and using hand trucks).
OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT: The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Masterfully operate all store equipment (POS system, Fuel Tanks and Dispensers, etc.)—you’ll be the go-to tech wizard!
- Keep our property and equipment in top shape, ensuring a safe environment for customers and employees alike.
- Follow all Company Safety and Loss Prevention procedures and rock that safety gear like a champ!
