Go-Kart Attendant

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Go-Kart Attendants to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests at our go-kart track. You will engage with customers, manage the go-kart operations, and maintain a clean and safe environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun atmosphere and have a passion for customer service.

Duties

• Oversee the operation of go-karts, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Assist guests with their go-kart experience, including providing instructions and answering questions.
• Conduct safety briefings before each race to ensure understanding of rules and regulations.
• Manage token handling for ticket sales and ensuring accurate racing transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the go-kart area, including the track and waiting areas.
• Monitor guest behavior to prevent conflicts and ensure a positive environment.
• Provide exceptional guest services to enhance the overall experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Background in guest services or food service is a plus.
• Ability to manage conflicts effectively and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Experience working with families is highly desirable.
• Lifeguard certification is an added advantage but not required.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 – 15 per week
