- You will start day out of Support Center in Woodinville.) Workplace for this position is a combination of in the field and on-site at the Woodinville or Marysville locations, depending upon Business needs. We service Snohomish, King and Pierce counties.
What to expect this role to do? You will be responsible for the leadership, motivation, managing, and training of the company's Installation Team. The HVAC Installation Manager is also responsible for creating an installation process and a goal-setting component to meet revenue and profit targets. There is also a need for a great understanding of the HVAC residential retail market and the necessary tools to bring success to the Installation team. You must exhibit strong communication skills, conflict resolution skills and customer service skills and have a high aptitude of managing labor efficiently to meet the profit goals of the department.
Salary : $90 to $92K BONUS
