HVAC- Service/Maintenance Technician

What to expect this role to do? The Apprentice Maintenance Technician provides maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Cross training in residential installation.

PAY = $26 /hr Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist performing preventative maintenance and servicing on residential HVAC equipment.
• Communicate with customer to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Inspect equipment to identify potential problems and prevent premature/unexpected breakdowns
• Responsible for performing cleaning, adjusting, calibrating and measuring equipment components needed to complete the preventative maintenance experience.
• Use hand-held device to record all required information on customer call. Complete forms and paperwork. Collects payment from customer

Qualifications and Characteristics that you have:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Mechanically Inclined or past mechanical experience
• Comfortable with professional communication to the customers you serve
• Valid WA driver’s license with an acceptable driving record [*Please note: You must be 25 yrs of age, have 2 years of driving history and be insurable on our policy.]
• Ability to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed
• Ability to pass a standard background check
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Willingness to invest time in training and classes

Education desired:

• Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School is a plus
• NATE Certified
• EPA Certification
