If you know your way around pipes, valves, and tanks (and you’re not afraid to get your hands a little wet), keep reading. Experience:
- Must have 1 years of mechanical / 'hands-on' experience (or apprenticeship) in the areas of Plumbing, any HVAC, Electrical, Car Mechanics, or general Maintenance experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills - can communicate with customers and on a technical level
- Valid Driver’s License, have a safe place to park our company truck during off hours, and insurable Driving Record [** This means Driving for 2 years, be 25 years old and have a good driving record.]
- Must PASS drug screen and criminal background checks
- Willingness to train and learn the Plumbing Business
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team

What we do: We install tankless, hybrid, gas, electric, power vent, direct-power vent, heat pump and do general service plumbing and relocation of water heaters.
We offer a competitive wage with a generous performance-based pay structure and bonus potential that rewards hard work. First year salary expectations are typically between $55 to $75K. We have NO CAP on salary you can earn per year. Work hard, get paid!
Interested candidates must be able to pass a background check and have a Clean Driving Record and will be required to take a drug test. Candidates should also have a safe place to park our company truck during off hours. We are looking for installers who strive to be the best and give the best customer service while doing so.
Our SERVICE area is in all over Portland, Salem, Vancouver, and surrounding areas. TRAINING will be out of our TROUTDALE warehouse.
