Fastbreak Connect is our sponsorship and marketing platform. Connect makes it possible for brands to authentically engage with tweens, teens, and their families across the country. By aggregating thousands of youth sports events into a scalable sponsorship platform, we’ve created a marketing solution that delivers measurable marketing results for brands.

We enable sponsors to:

  • Engage directly with young athletes and their families at sports events.
  • Scale on-site experiences and merchandising.
  • Amplify brand-focused media and event-based advertising.
  • Access actionable data and insights on target customers and get product feedback.

With Fastbreak Connect, sponsoring youth sports is as impactful as a national media buy, offering authentic engagement opportunities and unparalleled reach.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Sales Conversations: conduct multiple online meetings daily to introduce and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Build Relationships: prospect via phone, email, social media, and online channels to create opportunities and forge new connections in your defined territory.
  • Drive Growth: help current customers succeed with their projects, planting the seeds for future sales.
  • Contribute to Success: learn our proven approach, help improve our playbook, and play a vital role in building a great company.
What We’re Looking For
  • Recent college graduates who are ready to launch a career in sales.
  • Skilled communicators who excel at building relationships with others.
  • Tech-savvy individuals who are interested in the intersection of sports, technology, and marketing.

What You Bring
  • Sales Experience: previous experience as an account executive or sales development representative, demonstrating ambition, confidence, and a "make it happen" attitude.
  • Athletic Mindset: a background in competitive athletics that’s instilled discipline, resilience‌ and a team-player mentality.
  • Strong Communication Skills: you excel at building relationships, connecting with people‌ and delivering compelling stories.
  • Tech Savvy: an interest in technology and its role in sports.
  • Languages Welcome: multilingual candidates, especially Spanish speakers, are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Collaborative Spirit: you have a team-oriented mindset and think you’ll thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where things happen quickly.
Location
  • You’re based in Charlotte, NC, and excited to work in person in our HQ offices 5 days a week.
