Fastbreak AI is looking for a Content Producer and Social Media Manager to own our social channels, write compelling marketing and blog content, and amplify our voice across digital channels. If you love social media outreach, creating impactful B2B content and collaborating with sports industry influencers, this role is your chance to make a big impact.What You'll Do Social Media Management : Oversee all of Fastbreak social media channels (including separate brands) from planning to execution, ensuring consistent, engaging, and on-brand content. Copywriting & Content Creation : Write blog posts, long-form ebooks, craft captivating captions, and produce share-worthy visuals to distribute across platforms. Influencer Engagement : Identify and collaborate with B2B influencers to amplify our reach and drive brand awareness. PR Collaboration : Work closely with our PR agency to promote news, events, and brand updates. Community Engagement : Build and nurture relationships with followers, industry professionals, and customers to grow our online presence. Performance Analysis : Track and report on social and content metrics, using insights to refine strategies and optimize campaigns. Requirements Experience That Counts : 2 years of social media management and content creation experience, preferably in a fast-paced B2B software company. Very Strong Writing Skills : The ability to craft clear, engaging, and on-brand copy on social and across multiple content formats. Creativity Meets Strategy : A flair for storytelling combined with a strategic approach to driving engagement and conversions. Tech-savvy : Proficiency in social media tools, content platforms, and basic graphic design / video editing software. Collaborative : You're a team-player with excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude. Sports Loveer : we're all about helping sports event managers hold memorable youth and amateur tournaments and competitions - across all sports. Organizational Pro : Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat. Location You're based in Charlotte, NC, and excited to work in person at our company headquarters.
