We're looking for a Product Designer skilled in UX and UI design to join our product team. This is an onsite job, working from our Charlotte, NC headquarters.
The product designer will lead the design and user experience for the Fastbreak Connect product, focusing initially on a web-based platform, with mobile development planned for the future. As a crucial team member, you will collaborate with the engineering team and other product designers to ensure the usability of our products by non-technical users.
What You'll Do :
- Lead Product Design : Work closely with the Fastbreak Connect team and product designers to integrate the platform's legacy strengths into the Fastbreak AI design ecosystem.
- User Research : Conduct in-depth user research with tournament operators, event directors, and participants to identify key user needs and challenges.
- UX Design : Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that reflect a user-first approach and align with business goals.
- Interaction Design : Design intuitive navigation and interaction patterns tailored for tournament operators managing complex workflows.
- Usability Testing : Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback, iterating designs to ensure they meet user expectations.
- Design System Development : Maintain and improve a scalable design system to ensure consistency across web and future mobile interfaces.
- Optimization : Leverage user feedback and analytics to refine the platform's features, improving both operator efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Future-Ready Design : Create scalable designs with a clear roadmap for transitioning the platform to mobile applications.
