Location : Remote – Northeast

About the Opportunity :

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of eCommerce to lead and execute the digital sales and marketing initiatives for our growing fiber internet business. This is a hands-on role responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive eCommerce strategy that drives new customer acquisition, market penetration and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate strives on competition and is a digital innovator with expertise in eCommerce platforms, digital marketing and marketing operations.

Responsibilities :

Oversees the eCommerce Strategy :

  • Develop and execute robust plans and campaigns to continually increase online sales through multiple tactics.
  • Be accountable for obtaining monthly, quarterly and yearly eCommerce sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and programmatic buying to ensure FastBridge Fiber’s strategies remain cutting edge.

Manage the Online Sales Platform :

  • Oversee the functionality, navigation, and user experience of FastBridge Fiber’s website and eCommerce platform.
  • Ensure seamless interaction for customers, from exploring product information and pricing plans to completing online orders.
  • Manage the eCommerce platform vendor.
  • Work with key stakeholders to continually enhance the eCommerce process and platform.
  • Lead Digital Marketing Campaigns :

  • Working collaboratively to develop and implement online marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing channels.
  • Promote FastBridge Fiber, fiber internet, and the product plans effectively to attract new customers.
  • Team and Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Regularly partner with the Marketing and Sales team members, Operations, Project Management and other groups to ensure alignment, develop campaigns, and optimize the sales funnel to convert website visitors into customers.
  • Align campaigns and tactics to new inventory release timelines along with the customer journey.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting :

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including website traffic, conversion rates, sales channel performance, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Communicate and present results and insights, including regularly reporting on performance, highlighting key drivers and opportunities for continued growth.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and increase eCommerce sales performance.
  • Requirements : Qualifications :

    Proven experience managing and optimizing eCommerce platforms, including online shopping carts, marketing automation and CRM and / or customer ticketing systems.

    Digital marketing proficiency, including knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing strategies.

    Experience in website development or UX / UI optimization.

    Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.

    Skilled in analyzing data sets to inform strategy and improve campaign performance.

    Confident communicator, written and verbal.

    Demonstrated ability leading process, people and working cross-functionally to achieve goals.

    Understanding of fiber optic technology and its benefits, with the ability to communicate these advantages effectively to customers.

    Experience in subscription-based or telecommunications industries is a plus.

    Travel to company offices is required once a quarter.

    Education and Experience :

    5 years of digital marketing experience or marketing operations experience with a proven history of success in online sales.

    Degree in Marketing, Information Technology or related a related area preferred.
