BJG Electronics is looking for a Swiss Machine Operator who will be responsible for providing support with the manufacturing process in the Swiss machining department.
Responsibilities :
- Basic operation of Swiss style CNC lathes
- Measure and inspect and make dimensional adjustments
- Ensure first piece production and internal documentation is complete and within customer / company specifications following setup-up
- Visual inspection of the parts manufactured
- Perform machine maintenance documentation and departmental housekeeping as required
- Communicate with fellow employees about production jobs and machine operations and assist in operation as needed
- Constantly learning and improving proficiency on operation of CNC style Swiss lathes
