Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities
- Oversee, develop, design and deploy multimedia collateral and / or traditional print, including but not limited to ecommerce website graphics and banner ads, email marketing campaigns, custom website landing pages, storefront signage, flyers, blog posts, and other marketing material.
- Develop a variety of digital marketing materials consistent with the style and brand guidelines of several distinct ecommerce stores, as well as our brand partners whose merchandise we advertise.
- Responsible for the creative direction of the organization's multimedia and print collateral; work collaboratively with other departments to define and communicate the creative direction of the organization.
- Illustrate concept by designing rough layout through sketches or wireframing, and presents for approval.
- Support a culture of collaboration, lead by example and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay current with design techniques and best practices, as well as emerging and popular marketing technologies.
- Stay apprised of the company catalog to set the creative direction on product / SKU listing projects.
- Manage and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Participate in job-related training and continuing education.
- Protect and maintain confidentiality of company trade secrets and other confidential and proprietary information including, without limitation, operations methods, inventory systems, customer information, and product and sales data.
- Collaborate and communicate respectfully and effectively with other team members.
- Support a culture of collaboration and maintain a positive work environment.
- Complete projects and assignments on time.
- Maintains punctuality and regular and reliable attendance.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Compensation : Starting at $55,000 per year or depending on experience.
