About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the creation and distribution of marketing materials and manage our social media presence. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Campaign Execution
- Develop print and digital content—including sell sheets, sales presentations, and training materials—for internal and external use. Support marketing campaigns from planning through performance tracking and analysis.
- Print Materials Management
- Coordinate with print vendors to update and distribute marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogs, signage, and branded materials. Oversee timelines, proofing, approvals, and logistics.
- Sales Collaboration & Support
- Cross functional collaboration with the sales force to understand and execute marketing needs that support sales initiatives. Assist in the development of sales tools, store sets, and merchandising plans, including planograms and in-store displays.
- Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement. Create and schedule content across platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
- Advertising & Promotions
- Explore and recommend opportunities for digital, print, and radio advertising in support of targeted marketing efforts and product launches.
- Trade Shows & Events
- Help manage company participation in trade shows, customer appreciation events, and training sessions. Assist in evaluating and selecting new industry events that align with sales and growth goals.
- Brand Management
- Support packaging, product naming, and creative development for company-owned brands. Ensure messaging, voice, and visual identity remain consistent across all marketing touchpoints.
- Fleet & Branch Signage
- Partner with the fleet and operations departments to manage vehicle branding and signage at branch locations, ensuring consistency with company identity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work across departments to ensure alignment on marketing goals and execution. Coordinate with internal teams to create cohesive promotional and training materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2 - 4 years of marketing experience, ideally in both print and digital spaces
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with major social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Self-starter with creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus
- Personal or professional experience with construction, tools, or the building industry preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing print production and vendor relationships
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies
- Understanding of merchandising and planogram execution
