Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Oversee CRM and HubSpot campaign automation, lead nurturing, and performance analytics.

Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as campaign ROI, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates.

Guide branding initiatives to maintain consistency across all marketing channels.

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend and maximum return.

Partner with internal departments and external vendors to execute promotional events and product launches.

What We're Looking For:

5 years in a marketing role, with 2 years in a managerial capacity

Proven experience in HubSpot and CRM management

Strong understanding of performance metrics, SEO, and digital marketing best practices

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (Master's preferred)

Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills
