Position Summary Description:

Reporting to the Programming Manager, Pro Trainer will participate in live workouts, events, social media content, brand content and provide ongoing client support for program clients. They will assist the Programming Manager and work with other team members to ensure program success via client retention and conversion into VIP.

Essential Functions

• Participate in filmed workouts and trainings as needed
• Participate in brand content needs
• Assist and validate macronutrients are appropriate for clients
• Help create custom meal plans for clients
• Verify and approve members to Facebook community group/or community platforms
• Review and respond to questions within the Facebook community group/community platforms at least twice per day
• Offer 1:1 Zoom calls
• Communicate to all clients weekly (including by not limited to: Facebook, Direct Messaging, text, email)
• Provide ongoing insight and feedback pertaining to program scripts in an effort to further develop new programming
• Support clients with transition to VIP by explaining benefits and perks exclusive to VIP members
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certified Personal Trainer with a minimum of 3 years experience in fitness and nutrition
• Charismatic and engaging stage presence with or without an audience
• Must complete minimum of 1 round of the FASTer Way to Fat Loss within the year
• Strong active listening skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude
• Strong ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment
• Positive and excited to join the FASTer Way team
• Ability to engage and collaborate with clients and team members
• Demonstrated ability to think and work independently with limited supervision
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple objectives
• Effective interpersonal skills to be capable of working with all levels of office personnel
• Goal and deadline oriented
