We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our presence in the Dallas territory and beyond.
Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships within the legal community, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a blend of phone outreach, in-person visits, and relationship-building activities, as well as presenting and attending industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 25-30 outbound touches per day via phone and email, using HubSpot CRM to track activity and performance.
- Conduct a minimum of 20 in-person outreach visits per month to potential clients and legal professionals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local and state bar association executives and members.
- Deliver engaging webinars and attend bar association meetings to promote FasterOutcomes solutions.
- Travel to and represent the company at national legal trade shows and industry events.
- Create 3-5 qualified demos of FasterOutcomes per week to prospective clients.
- Activate 5-10 new accounts per month, driving adoption of FasterOutcomes solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing customers within the assigned territory to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably with a focus on outbound outreach and relationship building.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
- Comfortable with cold and warm outreach, including both phone and in-person interactions.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory (Dallas area) and attend conferences and trade shows nationally as needed.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed performance metrics.
