B2B Outside Sales Representative – Fastest Labs of West Columbia

Fastest Labs of West Columbia is seeking a part-time B2B Sales Representative to join our team. Our company specializes in drug, alcohol, and DNA testing services, helping businesses in manufacturing, logistics, construction, and other industries maintain safe and productive workplaces.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify and engage potential business clients through outreach, networking, and lead generation.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, construction, and more.

- Present Fastest Labs' testing solutions to prospective clients and tailor proposals to meet their needs.

- Educate prospects on the benefits of our services and how they can enhance workplace safety and compliance.

- Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and work to secure signed agreements.

- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

**What We're Looking For:**

- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage your time.

- Familiarity with industries such as manufacturing, logistics, or construction is a plus.

- A go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

- Basic computer skills (email, CRM, Microsoft Office).

**Compensation:**

This is a part-time, commission-based position with the potential to grow into a full-time role. **Compensation includes:**

- **Base Hourly Pay:** $15–$20/hour (negotiable based on experience) for a set number of hours per week to cover outreach and relationship-building activities.

**Commission:**

- A percentage of the revenue generated from actual tests conducted by signed clients.

- For higher-volume industries (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, construction), commission rates can range between **10%–15%** of net revenue per test.

- Bonuses for reaching certain revenue milestones
