Role Overview :
We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented Director of Customer Engagement to develop and implement an outstanding Customer Success strategy. In this role, you will build and lead a dedicated, technical Customer Success team that excels in delivering exceptional experiences, focusing on retention, adoption, growth, and engagement. You will identify opportunities to streamline processes and elevate the overall customer journey. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading post-sales teams within the ML / AI sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations, acting as the main point of contact between the customer and Fastino.
- Encourage product adoption and expansion through consulting that highlights value, crafting account plans aligned with customers' business goals, and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Lead initiatives for change management and develop enablement programs to highlight new use cases and functionalities that enhance existing implementations.
- Analyze usage patterns and conduct regular business reviews to assess success metrics, offer optimization recommendations, and seek expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives and other internal teams to ensure customer success and drive business growth.
- Serve as the customer's advocate to Product and Engineering teams, translating their needs into actionable product feedback.
