JOB TITLE: ELITE WOMEN'S CARE ARNP/PA
REPORTS TO: COO, SVP and or VP of Operations
SUPERVISES: NONE
OVERTIME STATUS: EXEMPT
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Mid-Level at Elite Women's Care, you will work under the direction of our Women's Health Providers. This role is crucial in ensuring the health and well-being of women in areas related to gynecology.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct well-woman exams, including Pap smears and breast exams.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as ultrasounds, blood work, and mammograms.
- Provide patient education on preventative health measures and lifestyle choices.
- Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions, including infections and menstrual disorders.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Perform minor gynecological procedures, such as IUD insertions, colposcopies, biopsies and lesion removals.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and document patient interactions.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) with a focus on women’s health or a related field.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills in gynecology.
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Proficiency in conducting gynecological exams and procedures.
