What Youll Do
As a Senior / Lead QA Engineer , you will play a key role in defining, implementing, and optimizing Fastns quality assurance strategy . You will work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure that our AI-powered integration platform meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and security .
Your Responsibilities
- Test Strategy & Automation : Define and execute test automation strategies for API, backend, and UI testing.
- Scalability & Performance Testing : Design and implement performance, stress, and load testing for high-throughput, low-latency systems handling millions of transactions per second / minute
- End-to-End Testing : Develop and maintain automated and manual test suites to validate SaaS integrations, API functionality, and AI-driven automation workflows.
- CI / CD & Release Quality : Work closely with DevOps and engineering teams to integrate automated tests into the CI / CD pipeline, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments.
- Security & Compliance Testing : Implement best practices for API security testing, authentication validation (OAuth, JWT, OpenID), and compliance adherence (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.) .
- Defect Management : Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high product quality.
- Collaboration & Leadership : Work cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to define acceptance criteria, review test cases, and mentor junior QA engineers .
- Monitoring & Observability : Implement tools and frameworks for real-time monitoring of integration health, failure detection, and issue diagnosis .
