- 5 years managing digital projects in ecommerce, with a preference for agency experience and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of website frameworks, development processes, and technical terminology.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
