Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships based on transparency and collaboration.

• Effectively communicate project goals, updates, and deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction.

• Proactively identify innovative solutions to address clients' evolving business needs.
  

Project Leadership:

• Plan, execute, and oversee ecommerce projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies.

• Lead cross-functional meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve project challenges effectively.
  

Documentation and Process Optimization:

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, Gantt charts, budgets, and status reports.

• Conduct thorough post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

• Contribute to internal initiatives to enhance project management methodologies and tools.

Team Collaboration and Risk Management:

• Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between developers, designers, and quality assurance teams.

• Partner with sales teams and clients to support long-term business growth and strategic planning.

• Identify, assess, and manage risks and potential roadblocks to ensure seamless project delivery.

Industry Expertise:

• Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital project management and ecommerce.

• Apply industry insights to enhance project outcomes and deliver exceptional value to clients.

Heres What Were Looking For

• 5 years managing digital projects in ecommerce, with a preference for agency experience and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Solid understanding of website frameworks, development processes, and technical terminology.

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.

• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
