Mandatory Qualifications (MQ)
1.
At least five (5) years of experience applying
analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that
experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
2.
At least five (5) years experience in Business
analysis and assessment of existing systems. At least two (2) years of that
experience must be in inventory analysis and documentation of existing
databases and related

requirements analysis and elicitation.
4.
At least three (3) years experience creating
Plans for large scale modernization projects involving data conversion and
migration over $50M budgets
5.
At least three (3) years of experience working
on a large scale modernization projects involving data conversion and migration
over $50M Budgets
6.
At least two (2) years experience working on an effort
related in data conversion and data migrations activities associated to data
mapping, data validation and data verification; including creating a golden
record data model that integrates data from various existing systems.
7.
At least five (5) years of experience working in
an Agile Scrum environment while contributing to data conversion and data
migration projects across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
(SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment,
and maintenance.
8.
Bachelor's Degree. Additional qualifying
experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year
basis.
