About the Role

As an Associate Product Marketing Specialist at FastSensor, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming product capabilities into impactful, value-driven messaging. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to drive successful campaigns, presentations, and sales initiatives, shaping FastSensor’s brand and supporting business goals through strategic marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Champion Product Strategy: Simplify and communicate product functionality, creating clear, compelling messaging for both internal teams and customer-facing interactions.
• Sales and Customer Engagement Enablement: Develop and maintain sales pitch decks, use cases, personas, and other tools that ensure consistency and clarity in messaging.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a connector across Product, Sales, and Operations teams, developing strategic assets for campaigns, press releases, and more.
• Innovate and Elevate: Bring fresh ideas to enhance deliverables and improve marketing processes.
• Support Long-Term and Regional Programs: Contribute to long-range planning and support regional programs, ensuring alignment with key internal stakeholders.
• Prepare Strategic Updates: Assist in the creation of updates and presentations for executive leadership, providing insights and showcasing the impact of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years in marketing or a related role within a tech environment; SaaS or startup experience is a plus.
• Customer-First Focus: Strong advocacy for understanding and meeting customer needs across the business.
• Adaptable Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to launch new initiatives.
• Project Management: Detail-oriented, with a record of effective execution and organizational skills.
• Clear Communicator: Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Highly Organized: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in managing projects and resources.

Pay range and compensation package

$70,000.00 to $80,000.00 base with eligibility for bonus, benefits, and additional incentives.
