COMPENSATION range is $50,000 - $70,000 and includes a base salary plus a monthly bonus based on performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Customer experience from "Quote to Cash" - inquiry, consultation, quotation, creative, production, delivery and collection.
- Evaluate and maximize quality customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee project management process to ensure on-time delivery
- Facilitate daily production meeting with staff to review work in process.
- Manage inventory and purchasing process.
- Manage the inside and outside sales team
- Resolve customer satisfaction issues.
- Monitor and/or perform center opening and closing procedures.
- Complete reports as necessary (i.e., daily and weekly sales reports, daily closing, royalties due, direct marketing response tracking).
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
