We’re looking for a Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to be our safety champion across multiple locations. This role isn’t just about checking boxes—it’s about fostering a proactive safety culture where everyone is aware, prepared, and engaged.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to be our safety champion across multiple locations. This role isn’t just about checking boxes—it’s about fostering a proactive safety culture where everyone is aware, prepared, and engaged.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the Safety Guru – Lead engaging training sessions that teach employees how to stay safe, whether they're brand new or seasoned pros.
- Emergency Prep Captain – Make sure every employee knows what to do in case of a fire, evacuation, or other unexpected event.
- Regulation Wrangler – Stay on top of OSHA, EPA, and DEP rules to keep us 100% compliant (and fine-free!).
- Drill Sergeant (But Make It Fun!) – Organize fire drills, equipment safety checks, and other hands-on learning experiences to keep safety top of mind.
- Incident Investigator Extraordinaire – When something goes wrong, you’re the detective finding the root cause and ensuring it never happens again.
- Inspection Pro – Regularly check equipment, workspaces, and facilities to spot hazards before they become real problems.
- The Bridge Builder – Work with teams across the company (and external auditors) to make sure we meet safety standards at every level.
- Culture Shaper – Inspire a safety-first mindset in supervisors, managers, and employees alike.
- Data Wizard – Track incidents, training, and audits, turning numbers into actionable safety improvements.
- Committee Leader – Oversee local safety committees, ensuring teams across locations are staying compliant and proactive.
- Emergency Gear Guardian – Keep fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and other safety essentials stocked and ready for action.
- Hazard Trend Spotter – Analyze injury and accident data to predict and prevent future risks.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000 - 110,000 per year (depending on level of experience)

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-hour, CSP, ASP, or equivalent) preferred.
- At least 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Familiar with sustaining ISO 14001 compliance requirements, preferred
Preferred Qualities & Characteristics
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA and other relevant standards, safety regulations, and best practices in manufacturing environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence employees at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and propose effective solutions.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and policies.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
- Proficient in Google Suite or related software.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
