Position Summary
A results-oriented Field Consultant role focused on proactively driving the growth and retention of new and existing business accounts through strategic account management and exceptional service delivery. By leveraging industry expertise, building trust-based client relationships, and employing a consultative sales approach, the Field Consultant identifies client needs early, crafts tailored solutions, and ensures seamless service execution. With a motivated and driven mindset, this position strives for sustainable business development, maintains consistent communication with stakeholders, and upholds the highest standards of performance, resulting in elevated client satisfaction and measurable organizational success.
What You'll Be Doing:

Assists in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting.

Works with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business development initiatives.

Research potential customers and cultivate relationships with prospects.

Identify new business opportunities and assess the potential of new markets.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.

Track and report on sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends.

Develop and execute marketing plans to increase sales.

Monitor and analyze competitor activity.

Support the sales team in the development and implementation of sales strategies.

Compensation & Benefits

$40,000 - $50,000 annually (depending on level of experience)

Required Qualifications
-
Associate’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Combination of education/experience will be considered.

At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development or related field.
Travel Required
-
40% of job duties will require local and/or overnight travel to client sites, trade shows and conferences.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds at times.
Regularly required to talk or hear.
Frequently is required to use hands or fingers; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms.
Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
